Tresno Baturetno, Wisata Minat Khusus Desa Penghasil Kopi Karya KKN Tematik ITN Malang Angkat 8 Isu Strategis

Malang, ITN.AC.ID – “Tresno Baturetno”, kelak akan menjadi wisata perminatan terbatas (nieche), atau wisata minat khusus. Hasil dari Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik (KKNT), Fakultas Teknik Sipil dan Perencanaan (FTSP), Institut Teknologi Nasional (ITN) Malang ini telah memasuki tahap finalisasi dan kick-off realisasi gagasan. KKN Tematik di Desa Baturetno, Dampit, Kabupaten Malang, mengangkat delapan isu stategis yang disajikan secara digital baik melalui peta tematik, e-book, video reportase online, serta tata kelola wisata berbasis online.

Kegiatan Tim Riset Destrada (Desain Strategis Desa), merupakan bagian dari Hibah Riset Keilmuan (Hibah Riset Desa) yang didanai terbatas oleh Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan melalui skema pendanaan satu tahun oleh Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan. Dana hibah yang didapatkan dikelola oleh dua prodi pengusul, yakni Program Studi Arsitektur, dan Perencanaan Wilayah dan Kota (PWK) ITN Malang.

Dekan FTSP, ITN Malang, Dr. Ir. Hery Setyobudiarso M.Sc, menjelaskan, hibah riset keilmuan KKNT di Desa Baturetno mencoba mengembangkan potensi dari hasil pertanian kopi. Hasilnya, mahasiswa yang didampingi dosen mampu memunculkan suatu wisata minat khusus sebagai bentuk optimalisasi produk kopi serta potensi geografis desa yang sangat menarik untuk dijadikan tempat kunjungan wisata.

“Kedepannya semoga bisa dipoles lagi menjadi desa yang lebih menarik. Agar wisatawan tertarik untuk datang. Efeknya akan meningkatkan perekonomian warga desa. KKN Tematik ini juga sebagai percontohan bagi Prodi Arsitektur, PWK, dan prodi lain di ITN Malang dalam mengembangkan potensi desa,” tutur Hery, usai FGD di Desa Baturetno pada Senin (29/8/2022) lalu.

Tim Riset Destrada memulai kegiatan di Desa Baturetno sejak Maret 2022. Destrada merupakan inisiasi perencanaan strategis desa yang dilakukan secara partisipatif dengan keterlibatan masyarakat untuk saling belajar menemu-kenali isu dan potensi pengembangan desa melalui observasi langsung, analisis pemetaan, digitalisasi proses, dan program aksi.

M Nelza Mulki Iqbal, ST MSc, dosen Arsitektur, ITN Malang mengatakan, setelah melewati berbagai proses dilapangan dan interaksi dengan warga Desa Baturetno, maka diperoleh delapan isu strategis dari hasil pengerucutan 29 isu strategis di Desa Baturetno. Delapan isu tersebut yakni, transportasi, sumber air, perkebunan, industri, pariwisata, perdagangan dan jasa, adat istiadat, serta seni dan budaya.

“Dari isu tersebut kami merencanakan beberapa inisiasi aksi yang salah satunya berbentuk paket wisata minat khusus desa terintegrasi. Kegiatan riset desa ini akan berlangsung sampai Desember, dan akan kami finalisasi untuk diserahkan ke desa,” kata Nelza. Selain Nelza ada Dr Debby Budi Susanti, ST MT, dosen Arsitektur, dan Antonio Heltra Pradana, ST MURP, dosen PWK ITN Malang, yang mendampingi tujuh mahasiswa KKNT di Baturetno.

Untuk luarannya sendiri, kegiatan ini akan menghasilkan model pembelajaran MBKM membangun desa, metode perencanaan strategis desa, desiminasi hasil penelitian melalui penerbitan buku dan jurnal ilmiah, serta memantik kemandirian dan kebersamaan warga desa melalui produksi pengetahuan dan aksi bersama.

“Tresno Baturetno” merupakan sistem yang dibuat untuk upaya pengembangan desa berbasis potensi unggul yang akan tergabung dalam paket tour wisata. Di sini pengunjung bisa belajar secara langsung proses budidaya kopi dari hulu ke hilir serta mengenali Desa Baturetno secara keseluruhan baik dari budaya, alam, dan potensi wisatanya.

Menurut Nelza, Tresno Baturetno akan menjadi tagline wisata permintaan terbatas (nieche) Desa Baturetno. Merupakan integrasi delapan isu strategis yang ditemukan selama di lapangan. Ideasi wisata terbatas ini juga berupaya membranding ulang potensi kopi Desa Baturetno yang sudah termasyur nilai historisnya. Selain itu paket wisata tersebut juga mengangkat potensi desa lainnya seperti Gua Payung, Sumber Kotes, produk UMKM, dan industri kayu kopi.

“Hasil riset kami bukan berupa prasasti yang mati. Namun, berupa sistem tata kelola wisata desa terintegrasi yang harapannya akan abadi serta dapat mempertahankan potensi desa,” imbuhnya.

Keunikan kopi Baturetno menjadi daya tarik tersendiri. Tidak hanya rasanya yang enak, namun juga cerita sejarah yang menyertai keberadaan kopi di Desa Baturetno. Konon, kopi Baturetno ditanam sejak Belanda masuk di desa ini dan mendirikan Pabrik Kopi Bernama Tretes Panggung 21 sebelum dibumihanguskan pada era agresi militer dan kemerdekaan Indonesia. Tanah Desa Baturetno yang mengandung kapur, mungkin menjadi penyebab kopi desa ini memiliki rasa yang berbeda. Terlebih Desa Baturetno memiliki Peraturan Desa (Perdes) tentang petik kopi yang mengatur masa buka tutup panen kopi, dan hanya mengambil kopi biji merah. Perdes ini merupakan satu-satunya peraturan desa di Indonesia yang mengatur terkait petik kopi dan dijalankan sejak tahun 1980an.

Wisata minat khusus dipilih agar tidak mengganggu kegiatan utama masyarakat Desa Baturetno yang 80 persen merupakan petani kopi. Selain itu dengan jarak tempuh dua jam dari Kota Malang membuat wisata perminatan khusus menjadi pilihan yang logis ketimbang wisata masal yang juga banyak bermunculan.

Bagi wisatawan yang akan berkunjung ke Baturetno caranya cukup mudah. Pengunjung cukup melakukan reservasi lewat akun Instagram @tresnobaturetno. Dengan paket biaya 100 ribu rupiah wisatawan akan mengikuti tour “Sedino De Baturetno” (Sehari di Baturetno). Fasilitas yang didapat berupa tour guide, paket destinasi wisata Baturetno yakni Sumber Kotes, Goa Payung, dan Puncak Tresno. Serta paket edukasi kopi dari sejarah kopi Baturetno, proses menanam kopi, mengolah hingga menyajikannya. Paket ini sudah termasuk makan siang, dan cinderamata berupa produk kopi Baturetno dan souvenir dari kayu kopi.

“Karena ini wisata peminatan terbatas, maka rencananya sehari hanya menerima satu rombongan maksimal 20 orang. Untuk sementara reservasi akan dibuka satu minggu dua kali. Hari Sabtu, dan Minggu. Wisatawan yang berkunjung akan langsung diarahkan oleh tim dari kelompok sadar wisata Baturetno. Peran kami sendiri adalah menyediakan sistem, alat dasar penyajian kopi, furniture kafe portabel, serta cenderamata dari kayu kopi yang juga didesain oleh mahasiswa,” beber Nelza.

KKN Tekmatik ITN Malang nantinya juga berencana menyediakan capacity building berupa pengelolaan sosmed, budidaya kopi dan juga konten wisata. Kelak, inisiasi wisata ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian warga Desa Baturetno. Apalagi saat ini Desa Baturetno tergolong kategori desa maju, yang siap didorong menjadi desa mandiri dengan adanya destinasi wisata minat khusus.

“Sebagai praktisi ketika melihat potensi desa, maka kita tidak harus menginisiasi hal baru yang menghabiskan dana banyak. Tetapi, kita berkewajiban mengembangkan potensi lokal yang sudah ada dan bisa memantik kesadaran warga untuk bekerja mewujudkan mimpi bersama,” tandasnya. (Mita Erminasari/Humas ITN Malang)
